At a Town Hall Meeting following the 10 o’clock service on Sunday, June 15, 2025, the Chair of the Building Committee and Dean Tim Watt presented some initial drafts of the proposed new parish hall. While the existing parish hall is sound, it cannot be reconfigured to be updated as the downstairs walls are load-bearing support for the upstairs floor. Copies of the initial drafts that were circulated at the Town Hall can be found below. Comments on the drafts are encouraged and can be made through Friday, July 18, 2025. Please send your comments to Dean Tim. Dean Tim also noted that a capital campaign will be required to raise additional funds both to complete the new parish hall and to repair and protect the existing stained glass windows in the cathedral. An endowed maintenance fund will also be established. Trinity is grateful to the many members who contributed to the fund such that this construction can move forward once the design is finalized. A particular thanks is given to Lash and Gigi Turville whose significant gift allows this to become a reality and for whom the parish hall is named.
